It is the most complete inspection we offer, covering the building site for drainage and stability, the foundation, the structure, the roof and wall coverings, the interior, the heating, plumbing, and electrical systems, and much more.

The Structural Inspection

This inspection evaluates the various structural elements, such as foundation, framing, and attic and roof construction, for their basic adequacy and integrity. It also includes site stability and drainage issues as they impact the structure. It does not include non-structural items such as the roof covering, siding, or mechanical systems.

Multi-Family and Commercial Property Inspections

We offer comprehensive, as well as partial, inspections on most commercial buildings, apartment buildings and condominium complexes.
