NIE reports are full narrative reports, not "checklists." They are detailed and understandable. They often contain recommendations for repair. They are written with strict objectivity; they are not written to downplay problems or to make them seem worse than they are. They are signed, sealed with the inspector's personal engineer's seal, and copyrighted for your protection.
